Developing an open source project (DPG) under MeitY for the Prime Minister Office and iGot project, under the name Karmayogi.
Utilizes NextJS, LLM with RAG (For SQL DB queries, natural language processing to SQL query execution) to help SPOs make queries against 'n' number of databases at once.
Includes components like Mass Mailer.
Used Redis as queuing service for mass marketing tool (mass mailer, mass messaging).
Pixel tracking webhooks for tracking mailing data, showing user's devices, browsers, etc.
Converted Email client into revamped Chat interface using IMAP, making SMS, WhatsApp, and email into an omnichannel.
